A Marvellous Cheese Dessert
It is a regional dessert made in Mustafa Kemal Pafladistrict and known as “cheese dessert” This desertis made from village cheese. Cheese, flour,egg, and semolina are kneaded together and littlecookies of 3-4 cm diameter are formed and baked.Then they are packaged and presented to sale. Itscooking procedure includes thier submerging into asherbet (sugary liquid). First, a master named AhmetTabak has produced that dessert in his own storeand since then it has become widely known andsought. Mostly the dessert is sold ready for thesherbet and can be served easily without an effort.
