Kebap With Pide (Flat Bread)

First, it was the most preferred kebap of Bursa citizensduring months of Ramadan. It is made with anextremely thin pide. The pides cut in square forms,are softened by being submerged into broth. Thenplaced in a large kebap pan properly. In the middleof the pan, roasted meat pieces were put. Once morea pide was placed on top of them. Before service,boiled butter, yogurt, or tomato sauce can bepoured onto it. Even Evliya Çelebi mentions thiskebap in his writings.7 9 FROM PRUSA TO BURSA
